(sh-font-lock-backslash-quote, sh-font-lock-flush-syntax-ppss-cache): New funs.
(sh-font-lock-syntactic-keywords): Use them to distinguish the
different possible cases for \'.
(sh-font-lock-paren): Mark the relevant text with font-lock-multiline.
